My name is Joe Salopek, and I am reaching out to friends, family, colleagues, and anyone else who feels compassionate about helping someone with Pulmonary Fibrosis Disease.

My wife, Bernadette (Bernie), is in need of a double lung transplant and is on a waiting list at Johns Hopkins Hospital to receive new lungs.

This is going to be a huge hardship on my family financially as well as emotionally. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
