In December, our family’s life changed suddenly when my mom, Bernadette suffered a stroke. We spent the holidays sitting with her as she recovered in the hospital and hoped for the best. Since then, she has gone from the hospital to rehabilitation and is now in a nursing facility as she continues to recover.

While we are grateful for the care she has received, the financial reality has been overwhelming. We are currently facing significant medical bills, including skilled nursing care, rehabilitation services, and ongoing support needs that are not fully covered by insurance.

Any amount can help us support my mom’s recovery and help get her back home with her family. She has done so much for us over her life; we are trying to give back everything we can to her.
