My name is Heather and I'm raising money for my best friend Bernadette, who has had extreme health issues since April of this year.

It started with a brain aneurysm and a craniotomy. A month later, she was rear-ended in a horrible car accident. Shortly after, she was diagnosed with brain bleed. Three weeks later, she suffered a massive stroke. She went to the doctor's last week because the pain she was in was so excruciating. Her main complaint was debilitating headaches. Upon extensive testing, Bernadette was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia!!! She is now receiving chemo treatments and will be in the hospital for at least 21 more days, as long as the chemo is successful and there are no other issues that arise.

Bernadette has four children and two grandbabies. The youngest three children still live at home. Please help support my friend and her children through this difficult time as she no longer has a way of making an income, and rent is due, and the bills are stacking up.
