Welcome to Berkley's Journey GoFundMe Page!
Berkley is a 16-month-old baby girl from Bono, Arkansas. Her little hometown is just a few minutes from Jonesboro, Arkansas. (She also has a twin brother and 5 other siblings) and has been diagnosed with Neuroblastoma, which is CANCER.
She is currently under the care of St. Jude's. What an absolutely amazing place. She has been there since March 17th, 2025.
1 Reason why this page was set up - incoming medical bills.
Prior to her arrival at St. Jude, Berkley had been under the care of Arkansas Children's Hospital (ACH) for a few months. She went inpatient at ACH on 3/14 after an abnormality was found on a CT scan that was very strongly believed to be cancer. (And biopsy has since confirmed it is, as described above.) Berkley had lots of workup while under their care (labs, radiologic imaging, biopsies of her mass as well as bilateral bone marrow hip biopsies). She also had a PICC line placed as well as a nephrostomy tube placed in her right kidney. All things done at ACH, whether outpatient or inpatient, will be billable.
2nd reason for setting up this page; Family Support!
Berkley's parents are Dillon and Courtney Jones. Dillon is the household's sole provider (9 total: 7 kids, 2 adults).
Courtney will be staying at St. Jude's with Berkley and her twin brother Burtyn for AT LEAST the next 6 months. The doctors feel as if Berkley may do better with her twin brother by her side. Berkley and Burtyn's other siblings are (from oldest to youngest) Zoey, Lexi, Addi, AJ, and Paisley
Dillon (Dad) has been employed at his job for approximately 10 years. Although he has been approved for FMLA, he has chosen to go back to work to keep the mortgage paid, lights on, food on the table, etc. However, Dad wants to be there for his wife and his youngest children as often as possible. He has little to zero PTO left to use, which means any time Dad needs to take off to be there with his daughter, wife, and son, he will not be getting paid. This will create another financial burden on them.
Any donations would be an absolute blessing for this family. If you feel led to do so, I know they will be so very grateful.
