Hey everyone. I’m writing in regards to my little Australian Shepherd, Berkeley. This past month, Berkeley's health has been failing. We have so far undergone many procedures, which include numerous blood tests, three ultrasounds, and one specific ultrasound performed by an internal medicine specialist in order to treat her failing liver. We have been to the emergency vet three times and numerous vet appointments that were not so urgent. We traveled all the way down to Massachusetts without receiving any answers. The specialist at Peak Veterinary Hospital suspects the root cause of all this could be gallbladder disease. My partner and I have utilized all of our savings to figure out what is going on with her. We ask today for help to get Berkeley the treatment she desperately needs. This little girl has so much more life to live and remains to fight so hard. We have exhausted all our funds to get here today. This entire experience has been so humbling and put in perspective how precious life really is. The surgery for tomorrow will be to collect liver biopsies and potentially remove her gallbladder. Please join our fight to get Berkeley back to good health.
