We are the staff of the RGV Partnership, and today our hearts are heavy as we share the news that Joe Ramirez, the beloved husband of our Administrative Office Manager, Bertha “Berdie” Ramirez, was unexpectedly called to Heaven on October 29, 2025. His sudden passing has left an enormous void in Berdie’s life and in the hearts of all who knew him.

In this difficult time, we want to come together to support Berdie, helping her navigate the many challenges and expenses that come with such an unforeseen loss. We are creating this fundraising effort to provide Berdie and her family with any assistance they may need during this painful process.
