Support Benson Tedd's National Competitive Cheer Journey
Donation protected
My name is Benson Tedd. I live in Alaska with my parents and my two sisters. I’m a senior in high school and I've been accepted to Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX, majoring in Computer Engineering.
I have three passions: competitive cheer, piano, and fixing electronics. I have two jobs besides school so I can partly finance my sport activities: I repair phones at a phone repair shop and I also work as a coach at Alaska Athletics in Anchorage. I train little kids, which is a true blast! My highest achievement—should say OUR achievement, because it always takes a team and a great coach—in competitive sports is a national championship (level 6), which we earned this February in Las Vegas. The reason I wanted to launch this GoFundMe is because we still have multiple national competitions in the next couple of months but financially my family is not able to afford all the expenses, especially having two other siblings who are also in need of help financially because of their education/sport activities, etc.
I never asked for support before in my life. I always worked hard for what I wanted, but this time I would appreciate a little bit of help from people in a position to do so. I will cherish and appreciate any donations, and all I can promise in return is hard work and giving my all this Spring at the All Star National Cheer Competitions!
