My nephew Ben is being evicted from his apartment in 7 days. He has applied for SSD but the application hasn't been processed yet. With the goverment shut down we don't know when it will be processed. It usually takes months. He has severe mental health issues.He has been in and out of hospital for attempted suicide. He is being treated throught psychiatry on an outpatient basis. He has had numerous jobs the past several months but gets let go due to his depression and anxiety. He does collect food stamps and that is a great help!

I am asking for a few months rent to carry him through the SSD process. His family has been paying his rent for months and all their resources are exhausted. His rent is $1000.
