Support Ben's Dream with Lilly in Oklahoma

I am Lauren Smith and owner of Silver Luck Farm where I breed and raise American Quarter Horses. One special horse we have is Living In Lala Land known as Lilly who has been one of our show horses.

At the beginning of 2025 we had the opportunity to lease Lilly for showing at the horse shows to a young boy named Ben. Ben and Lilly instantly hit it off and have formed a bond and partnership that is just amazing to see.

My heart is so happy seeing them in the picture and video updates! After less than 4 months together they attended the AQHA Novice Youth Championship Show in Ohio and came home Reserve World Champions, Bronze Champions and several other top placings in their classes.

Ben and Lilly have qualified for the AQHA Youth World Show in August in Oklahoma City, OK. We are so proud of them and want to offer any support we can to help make his dreams come true!

About Ben:

He is 13 years old from Connecticut and rides with Erin Cecchini. He has an amazing Mom that is raising her 3 boys on her own. She is so supportive of Ben and Lilly (reminds me of my mom) and I can't thank her enough for leasing Lilly for Ben. Ben and his brothers began equine therapy after their father passed away and he discovered his love for horses. Ben is one of the best riders in the barn and he is up early to clean stalls and feed horses to help out and earn money to help pay for his horse show expenses (something you don't see very often anymore).

If you would be willing to donate anything (even $10 to cover a meal) to help Ben with his upcoming trip to Oklahoma as we all know it will be an expensive trip with hauling the horse, hotel, meals, stalls, entries, and the list goes on. I would truly appreciate any donation to help them on this endeavor, and I am so excited to cheer them on! (There will be live video if anyone wants to watch, and I will post pics and updates)
