Support Ben's Dream opening a pizza pop-up

My name is Ben and I love pizza. I have since I was a very young age. I grew up in New Jersey and became addicted to pizza. A great tragedy happened to me when I was young: my favorite pizza place, Deluca's, closed down. Ever since, I've devoted my life to fulfilling that craving. I've worked tirelessly in my home trying to perfect my craft through trial and error, just hoping to get that perfect slice. I've tried pizza all across New Jersey, from New York to Naples, to Sicily, to the Midwestern United States. I've since moved to the Rochester/Ontario NY area, which is now the pizza capital. My love and respect for pizza has only grown.

It is my vision and goal to bring my love and respect for pizza into the game. Growing up with a disability, I struggled to do many things that other people could do easily. Many people in my life couldn't understand. I spent 3 years working in a hospital Vocational rehabilitation program for people with disabilities as a student. There I worked alongside and even trianed other students with disabilities. It was there that I developed a deep appreciation for the difiiculties that said people face regarding employment. I want to open a place that is friendly to those with similar struggles and provides them with gainful employment and a purpose. I want to open my own place and share this vision with the world. However, I am struggling to know how to start. I have the pizza experience and skills required. I work in a pizza kitchen in my spare time. I have the product, but opening a business requires more than just that. I'm hoping with a little bit of luck I can at least show people what I have to offer and they might decide to support me in whatever way they can.
