Support Benny (Polonius) Through Recovery & Renewal

It’s never easy to ask for help, but in light of the growing mental health challenges affecting so many musicians today, especially those hit hardest by rising living costs, we’re coming together to support someone incredibly dear to us.

We’re raising funds for our beloved friend and artist Seif, also known as Polonius or Benny, who has been facing immense hardship over the past two years.

In 2023, Benny lost his father in Cairo, Egypt . The stress, grief and financial costs of this period contributed to a serious health crisis: in October 2024, Benny suffered a pulmonary embolism, a life-threatening condition that has left him unable to work ever since.

As his friends, collaborators, and fellow music lovers, we want to lift some of the heavy burdens he’s been carrying: financial, emotional, and physical.

We are aiming to raise $12,000 to help Benny:

Benny is a deeply gifted and prolific artist, with over 10 albums and numerous film collaborations to his name. His kindness, generosity, and creativity have touched many lives, and now it’s time for us to show him the same love and support he’s always offered so freely.
