Support Bennett Family’s Road to Recovery

We started a GoFundMe for the Bennett family as their lives have taken a really rough turn. Gene, a husband and father of three, was riding his motorcycle when a car swerved into his lane, hitting him head-on. They are so thankful and know how lucky they are that he is alive. He has an extremely long road ahead of him. Gene suffered a broken femur, both legs, tib and fibs, a foot, heel, as well as shaved his kneecap off. They expect him to be wheelchair-bound for up to 6 months and then rehabilitation starts. This means he's out of work for that time as well. He needs around-the-clock care, unable to bend his legs at all, to help him with every simple and large task needed.

His wife Dani will also be out of work for a portion of it as she has to be his primary caregiver until he makes enough progress for her to leave part-time. This family would never reach out for help, but anyone in the position knows how difficult this road to recovery will be with both out of work. We are hoping to raise just enough to take the weight and burden off of them so they can focus on getting him through recovery as fast and effectively as possible! Thank you all!
