The only not-for-profit long term care home in Halton Hills NEEDS your help. This incredible facility provides vital services to our community’s most vulnerable people. We need to raise much needed funds to cover things such as, equipment, supplies, personal protective gear, outdoor gardens to assist with mental health etc.
