Benji got his infected eyes removed 2 years ago, but unfortunately one of his tear ducks was not full removed. So Everytime he accidentally bumps into something (which is quite a bit) he has tears trapped under his eye socket and it gets swollen. The goal is to help cover the cost of the surgery to have the tear duct removed so he no longer has a swollen eye socket!
