I am reaching out to ask for your financial help. It is with great sadness that the need to do so is because my husband, Benjamin, is fighting for his life as he struggles with stage 4 T-cell lymphoma.

His rapid decline and increasing medical needs have been devastating for us both financially and emotionally. What was thought to be an ear infection back in May, quickly progressed by July into total lymphedema, full body skin lesions, and severe bone pain. With his loss of income and some of mine to drive him to appointments, we are facing financial disaster and are struggling to meet our basic needs.

Your generous support can help us through these difficult times. Without that help, we stand to lose our home and even the ability to meet our family's basic needs. Which includes our 2 ½ year old son. The possibility of him suffering because of our financial difficulties breaks our hearts.

Benjamin has been a supportive, caring person to many throughout his life. Anyone that knows him, knows that he has always lived an extremely athletic lifestyle and followed the healthiest routine possible. He’s never participated in the consumption of drugs or alcohol, studied holistic health, and even taught yoga amongst many other things. So, one can only imagine how blind-sided we were when he suddenly lost his ability to move freely.

We only hope now that others will honor him with the same kind of care in his time of need today and through this upcoming year of chemotherapy. Benjamin’s fate is uncertain at this time, but the financial demands of these circumstances are not. Our need is real.
