Hello everyone! This is Benito he is a one year old chihuahua. The Oakland animal shelter found him in a home where he was neglected. They are still not sure what happened to his back legs. As he walks he drags his legs. I am creating this for my sister to help with the costs of a surgery he needs. We are raising money in efforts to help him walk better and have a fuller life.
