Support Benito's Fight for a Liver Transplant

Donation protected
Benito Delgado, 50, born in Oaxaca, Mexico, died on Sunday September 16, 2024. His surviving family includes loving and devoted wife Claudia, and their three beloved children: Cristian (Amie), Isaac (Paola), Mildred (Cole). And the joys of their world, their 6 grandchildren: Xavi (9), Sebastian(7), Sophia (5), Gianna (4), Lío (3), and baby Benito, who was born seven days prior to his grandfathers passing. Benito cared so much for his family. He did everything he could for his wife, children, and their families. All the while, still giving so generously to his family in Mexico. After raising his children in Indiana for the past 23 years, Benito spent his last few months reunited with his mother, siblings, and other family members in Mexico. In July, Benito and Claudia were welcomed home with a feast, Mariachi Band, and many family and friends who were happy to see him again. Benito was laid to rest on 9/17/24, in Oaxaca, MX, next to his father. Services in Indiana will be determined at a later time. Our family would like to say “Thank You” to all who contributed to his fundraising efforts recently. In lieu of flowers, we will continue to keep the Go Fund Me available in order to help offset any further expenses associated with our mom relocating to Mexico. Our family is forever grateful to everyone who was able to donate, whether it be monetary, in prayer, or with your words. We love you all, Cristian, Isaac, and Millie.

Hello my name is Mildred Delgado.
My father, Benito Delgado, unfortunately is in need of a liver transplant. In November of 2023 my father was diagnosed with stage 3 cirrhosis along with several other health conditions. Since then he has been in and out of the hospital to remain stable. He urgently needs a transplant and is unable to get one done here. We have exhausted all available options, and now they (my mom and him) are going back home to Mexico in hopes that he can get the treatment he needs done there.
There are many costs including their move there, living, and medical expenses.
My dad is one of the most hard working people I have ever met, and asking for help is not one of his strongest qualities. If any of you have met my dad you know he loves helping people when he can. He is kind, persistent, and honest. He has worked very hard to raise his children, and now gives everything to enjoy life with his 5 grandchildren. If you can help in anyway my family would be forever grateful. We pray that he can return home, and get the medical attention he deserves.
