Hello! My name is Daan Benjamin, and I’m working hard to launch my own creative media business, BenFXMedia.

A little about myself: I’m a recent graduate of Palm Beach Lakes Community High School preparing to attend Florida A&M University this fall, where I’ll be majoring in Graphic Design with a minor in Computer Science. Ever since I was younger, creativity and technology have played a huge role in my life. Over the years, I’ve taught myself how to use programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and DaVinci Resolve, while also learning photography and videography on my own. I’ve even earned certifications in both Photoshop and Illustrator to continue strengthening my creative and technical skills.

Throughout high school, I gained hands-on experience creating content through my school’s yearbook committee and serving on my church’s media team. Those opportunities helped me realize that photography, videography, and graphic design are more than just hobbies to me, they are passions I want to turn into a career. My dream is to continue building BenFXMedia into a freelance creative business that helps people capture memories, promote their brands, and bring their creative visions to life.

As I prepare for college, I’m working hard to invest in the tools needed to grow my business professionally. Donations will help me purchase and upgrade essential equipment such as camera gear, lenses, lighting equipment, editing tools, storage devices, and a stronger computer for photo and video editing. These upgrades will allow me to provide higher-quality work, take on more clients, and continue developing my skills while balancing the financial responsibilities of college.

My goal is not only to grow as a creator, but also to use my talents to support local businesses, creatives, churches, students, and families throughout South Florida and beyond. Every donation, share, and word of encouragement truly means a lot to me and brings me one step closer to turning my passion into a sustainable career.
