Final stage of heart failure, I went from a man who worked 112 hours a week to not being able to work at all and has to use a cane and walker to get around, I can’t stand longer then a few minutes and have trouble doing simple daily living task, the Doctors are saying my heart is so weak that I probably have 12 months at best, so I need to get healthy enough to get on a transplant list. It’s going to be a long road that will take a lot of work and medication that to get me through this.

I don’t have a lot of bills, just basic living, but I have recently lost my only source of income due to companies not paying, so my savings is completely tapped out and I’m on the verge of losing my house and everything else along with being able to afford anything I need medical wise

I’m not used to receiving help and I have no idea if this will actually work but My health is declining week by week, if I can get this accomplished, I can focus on my treatments to fight and survive this heart failure.
