Support Rachel in Pursuing Her Dream

Hello all—

I’m aware this is a massive ask, and normally I wouldn’t even be so bold as to make a case for your assistance… but I really need help.

As you know I’ve just finished my masters degree in the United Kingdom. After fully financing my degree myself, I’ve made the incredibly tough decision to remain here; leaving you and everything I’ve ever known behind to follow my dreams to stay here in England. That being said, I’ve got some life things to finance: my Visa, my rent, basically just getting back on my feet again. That’s where you come in. I would be eternally grateful for some financial aid.

I feel so tail-between-legs asking this of all of you, but embarrassment and overall pride aside, please. Any little bit helps me enormously. For those who enquire why I’d even want to stay here if this be the cost, when I tell you it’s been my dream since I was literally 13yrs old, it has been. I finally made it. I just can’t legally work full-time here until my next Visa is financed and I’m pursuing work in my field with some great prospects here already... if you’re surprised, because I’m in the Arts sector… you aren’t the only one.

In all seriousness, I’m wholly unprepared to be an adult, and truthfully without having Dad around I feel entirely lost in this department.
