Let's get Ben back to health!

Hello Friends and Family!
My brother Ben (pictured with his beautiful wife Chelsea) has been experiencing severe, chronic shoulder and neck pain for a few years now.
This pain effects his life in several ways and has taken a toll on his physical, and at times, mental health.
If you know Ben, you know that he's always lived a very active lifestyle with a passion for fitness and training others to reach their goals. As the pain has mounted, Ben isn't able to do much of any physical activity or exercise right now, which has stopped him from pursuing his passions and pursuing work that requires any sort of physical labor.
After x-rays, MRI's, consultations, and research, Ben has decided to pursue a specific course of treatment that we are hoping will heal his body and alleviate the daily pain he feels.
He just needs some financial backing to get this treatment done. Health insurance at his current employer will not cover the full cost of this treatment, so we are reaching out to a greater network of friends and family to help support Ben in getting back to health.
Ben would love to start this treatment as soon as he can, as the bulging discs in his neck, shoulder pain and back pain aren't getting any better. The pain basically effects his entire left side - creating issues in every extremity.
Ben also didn't ask for me to create this page for him - I am creating this completely on my own because I want to see my brother back to his happy, go lucky self, doing what he loves to do.
