my father had quadruple Bypass surgery. He is now home and recovering, and he thanks everybody for the thoughts and prayers.

Hi, we’re a family from Lansing, Michigan, facing an unexpected challenge in Traverse City. Our dad, Ben Mason, recently suffered a heart attack while walking to enjoy a river day at the Platte River and is now in critical care, battling delirium and needing urgent bypass surgery after being re-ventilated. We’ve been by his side, but being 150 miles from home has made this incredibly tough. The costs of hotels, food, and travel are piling up fast, and we’re struggling to keep up while focusing on Ben's recovery.

Ben is a loving, vibrant person who’s always been there for us, and now we want to be there for him.
