Support Ben Dyer's Urgent Medical Recovery
Donation protected
On March 13th, Ben Dyer was rushed to the emergency department with chest pain and shortness of breath. Doctors discovered a life-threatening aortic dissection and aneurysm requiring an urgent seven-plus-hour surgery to replace both his aorta and aortic valve. In addition, Ben was found to have fluid around his heart and lungs, as well as impaired kidney function.
Thankfully, his surgery was successful, and he is now in the cardiac ICU beginning his recovery. He is expected to remain in the hospital for about a week and will be out of work for at least a month as he heals.
If you know Ben, you know he is a devoted husband and father to his three daughters. Ben is always the first person to offer help when needed. He is a hardworking man who would never ask for help, but right now, he needs it. With mounting medical expenses and time away from his teaching job, any support would mean the world to him and his family.
Please consider donating to help ease the financial burden so Ben can focus on what matters most—recovering and being with his family. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
