The Beloit Memorial High School Jazz Orchestra has been selected as a 2026 Finalist for the 31st Annual Essentially Ellington Competition and Festival, which will take place in New York City from April 30 to May 2. This is an incredible honor for our talented group of student musicians, who have dedicated countless hours to perfecting their craft and sharing the joy of jazz with our community. Being chosen as a finalist is a testament to their hard work, passion, and the support they’ve received from families, teachers, and friends.
