Bella Lewis, a loving canine family member, was in an accident Monday the 2nd. She got loose from her fenced yard and was hit by a passing car a few minutes later. This resulted in broken bones, joints, and gaping wounds. This injury required surgery to close her wounds and amputation of her toe which was far to traumatized to save. The vet bill was extensive, costing $1,500 and another one arrived March 6th for her 4 day-long aftercare at the vet. She is now finally home and on strict bed rest, we are thrilled at her progress so far in her long journey.
