Hi, my name is Bella and I’ve been given a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to travel to South Africa this coming summer to take part in a two-week conservation medicine course, working hands-on with an experienced wildlife conservation team. During this program, I’ll gain direct experience alongside wildlife veterinarians, assisting with the capture and care of large animals involved in conservation efforts. I’ll also be supporting and working with local communities, contributing to meaningful, real-world conservation and animal health initiatives. Any amount of support—no matter how small—will go a long way in helping make this incredible educational and conservation opportunity possible.
