Support Bella and her family after tragedy

Thank you for taking a moment to read this: On Sunday night (April 25th) the youngest in our family, Bella, was hit by a vehicle and thrown 5 meters in the air at the entrance of her community in the old Mohawk road area of Hamilton, ON. She was rushed to the hospital and has been in and out of surgeries to relieve pressure on her brain, among other injuries(including a broken pelvis and vertebrae). She will be held in a coma for a minimum of 2 weeks to help her little body cope with the trauma it has experienced. Her brothers and sister have rushed in from out of BC and London, Ontario, the way they have come together with the family in this time shows everyone’s strength and love for Bella. Unfortunately the only thing we are able to do at this time is wait for a prognosis that will hopefully allow for recovery, right now, not knowing the prognosis makes the road ahead seems very long and unsure. I am starting this fundraiser as a means of supporting them with bills related to medical; therapy and rehab, Legal, unforeseen expenses, and the day to day needs of the family as the primary caregiver is at her bedside 24/7. They need this time to focus on her and all facets of her recovery. The family would appreciate any help in relieving some of the financial pressure related to this event and when Bella comes around, I, her cousin, will be writing thank you notes to each of you with her so she can hopefully see all of you who support her while she was fighting for her life.
