Support Bella after being illegally fired by Blue Bottle!

We are raising funds for our dear coworker Bella Roman, who was illegally fired by our employer, Blue Bottle Coffee last week. In spite of being a dedicated team member, Bella was fired for petty time and attendance issues.

Working with Bella is an absolute joy. Her sense of humor and enthusiasm to serve excellent coffee made a noticeable difference on every shift with her.

In a break with past practice, Blue Bottle did not provide our union with notice or an opportunity to bargain over Bella’s discipline. This rupture of the status quo is an illegal unfair labor practice. We demand that Bella be reinstated until our union has an opportunity to bargain over her termination. Our union walked out in protest of Blue Bottle's illegal actions.

In the meantime, we are raising funds for Bella to cover bills and utilities while she searches for a new job. Please give what you can!
