I don’t think there is a person that didn’t get the pleasure to know Belford the III (Billy). He had a big heart and could put a smile on your face. Belford passed away unexpectedly on 9/11 in the presence of his loved ones.

Belford (Billy) was a big part of our community and I’m asking for community support in covering medical expenses and the expenses of his celebration of life. His family would like to thank everyone who was a part of Belford’s life. He was an amazing son, brother, partner, uncle and friend to many.
