Hello, my name is Lorene and I am fundraising for my dear friend of more than 20 years, Becky Escheverria. Becky lives near me in Baja California. She is a lovely person and in the 20 years I have known her she has offered so much help to me, as well as to many other individuals and our community as a whole. Becky was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020 and appeared to overcome it after a lumpectomy and limited chemotherapy. However, the cancer popped up again in 2023. Family, friends, and community rallied for Becky with various fundraisers and the cancer went into remission after collecting enough money to undergo intramuscular chemotherapy. Unfortunately, the cancer has returned once again. Her oncologist now recommends a complete mastectomy and extensive radiation treatments. Becky is praying for God's healing powers, and for a helping hand from generous hearts so she is able to raise enough money for the necessary surgery and treatments. Please join me in donating to help restore this amazing woman, wonderful mother (to two sons), and beautiful soul back to good health. No amount is too small. Every dollar/peso counts.
