My name is Becky and I am a single mom with 5 kids . May 20th I will have 10 yrs sober and this is by far harder than that for me right now. My pride has kept me down. Working 2 jobs , away from my kids, they are pretty much raising each other . So, in 2023 my tax return, was hacked and put into a fictitious account. I have been struggling for quite some time now, living paycheck to paycheck, like alot of folks, but it has gotten to the point of not seeing a way out anymore. Paying on loans, credit cards and just life in general with the day to day stuff has been so expensive for awhile now for everyone, not just me. My older kids help out as much as they can but they have bills as well, and trying to save to get on their own. I just want to get caught up, and I really want my kids to have Christmas. The hole that I’m in is beyond what I can do anymore , and I’m trying really hard not to just give up. I’m physically, mentally and spiritually exhausted. Writing all this out has been very humbling because I don’t ask for help, but it’s gotten to the point that I’ve had to set aside my pride and ask for help because I’m tired of my kids watching me not smile anymore and constantly be in state of stress mode. My brain is tired of figuring it out day to day. I’m tired . Believe me, this feels incredibly embarrassing to me, to feel like I’m not doing enough. I pray all day, everyday, and I have finally realized I can’t do this by myself anymore. Thank you for taking the time to read this, anything will help
