Help Support Becky - Our Beloved Librarian

Our dear friend Becky, a cherished friend, wife, librarian, and a bright light in our community, is currently facing the toughest chapter in her life. Becky has been diagnosed with two types of cancer and is having heart surgery on Monday August 11th. Becky will have to take a leave of absence from work while she recovers and is in treatment.

Becky has spent years inspiring a love of reading in children, offering a warm smile, a kind word, and a safe space to countless students. She is deeply loved by her school family, teachers, staff, students, and parents alike. Now, it’s our turn to give back to someone who has given so much to others.

As Becky begins treatment for cancer, the financial burden of medical bills, time away from work, and daily living expenses is growing. We’ve created this fund to support her journey so she can focus on healing without the added stress of finances.
