Our most uplifting, infectiously joyful friend Becca is in urgent need of a life-saving kidney transplant. Those who know Becca know that she is pure sunshine! She brings joy, laughter, and love to every person she meets! She has also spent her career pouring love and care into children who need it most, working as a behavior specialist at her local elementary school. Every day, she shows up for kids who struggle with challenges at home and in school, giving them patience, kindness, and above all else, hope.

Now, it’s our turn to show up for her! The road ahead brings not only the challenges of surgery and recovery, but also very heavy medical costs and time away from work. In addition to income lost due to time away from work for both her and her husband, she will also need a caretaker for several weeks and ongoing, lifelong medications to pay for. We are asking her friends, family, and community to come together to lift some of that burden, so she can focus fully on healing.
