Support Beats and Roots after Christmas Burglary

This Go Fund Me page has been organised by Cornish Health Store in Bond Street, Redruth, for the benefit of Beats and Roots at The Ladder on Clinton Road, who were broken into sometime on Christmas Day or early Boxing Day. As well as sustaining damage to their property, all of the money on site was stolen. The impact has been financially significant but has also been an emotional hit.

Ben Read and Paul Leatherbarrow of Beats and Roots are truly passionate about what they do, anyone who knows them will know how hard working they are. They are not wealthy people, just a small independent business, like our store, trying to make a living and provide healthy choices and affordable, wholesome food to their community. What should have been a time of well-deserved rest for them has been overshadowed by this upsetting incident.

What keeps them and all our independent Redruth businesses going is our amazing community, so that’s what I’m appealing to now. Please give what you can either on this page, to them personally, or via us at Cornish Health Store in Bond Street, and support them with your kind words and custom when they are back open on 6th January.

Ben and Paul send all their love and will be bouncing back.

I believe in our Redruth community, we look out for each other and are stronger together.

Much love always
