Our hearts are with our beloved colleague, Beatriz "Betty" Ledesma, who recently faced an unexpected and serious medical crisis. Betty, one of the newest additions to the Lightspeed janitorial staff, urgently required heart surgery and is now at the beginning of a long and challenging recovery journey.

Who Is Betty?

Since the day Betty joined us, she immediately became an essential and treasured member of the Lightspeed family. She is known throughout the facility for being incredibly pleasant, helpful, and hardworking, always sharing a friendly smile. She takes immense pride in her work and brightens the day of everyone she encounters.

The Urgent Need

While Betty is focused entirely on healing, she is facing significant financial stress. Like many, she relies on her income, and her necessary time off work means she is currently without wages.
