Please Help Save Pewter’s Life

Pewter was rescued from the streets and did everything right. She was spayed, vaccinated, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. She should have been safe. She should have been healing.

Instead, Pewter was adopted before she was ready by another organization — and when things became too hard, she was returned. After that, she was placed in a foster home, where instead of improving, she began to decline.

When Pewter came to us, she was extremely thin, weak, and clearly unwell. She arrived in a heartbreaking state, far from the healthy cat she was meant to become.

Today, our worst fears became reality.

Pewter has now suffered three witnessed seizures. She is fragile. She is scared. And she needs immediate emergency medical care to stabilize her and give her a fighting chance.

We are rushing her to the animal hospital, knowing the cost will be high — but also knowing that her life is worth it.

Pewter didn’t fail anyone. She was failed.
