Hello, my name is Bayyinah and some of you may know that my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer in April of last year, 2024. She has gone through four different surgeries, has been through chemotherapy, and has overcome every battle that she has faced. She is currently recovering from her last and final surgery. It has been difficult for her to talk about, as it is with a lot of cancer patients, just dealing with shock and adjusting to a new way of life. The mental, physical, and emotional toll have been a lot for her.

Since undergoing treatment, she has been unable to continue working, and I have since become her caretaker along with my siblings. God has graced us with the opportunity to be able to be there to help her every step of the way. My father has worked tirelessly to keep everything together financially as the medical bills have begun to pile up. He has also suffered a severe work injury that has had him home recovering for several weeks. As a result, bills have been piling up and they are potentially at risk of losing their home.
