Hi everyone, this is our sweet boy Baxter. As some of you know, a few days ago, Baxter suddenly developed a pneumothorax and had to be hospitalized.

After talking through all of our options with the veterinary team, we’ve decided not to pursue surgery, but his hospitalization and emergency care have still added up quickly. Pet insurance has been great, but we unfortunately hit our limit. We’re hoping to raise some money to help cover the cost of his stay and treatment.

Baxter is an anxious boy, but he is also the most affectionate, loving dog. He lives for slow mornings, chasing his tennis ball, and any chance he gets to sneak a McDonald’s French fry. He brings so much joy to our lives and to everyone who meets him.
