Support Baxter Family Post Water Damage With Costs

DEVASTATING HOUSE WATER DAMAGE:

On Monday the 14th of October a hot water pipe leak was found under our house that has resulted in damage to the main floor of the house and mitigation needs in crawl space.

We submitted a claim to get this covered, but insurance won't approve until expensive mitigation is complete. Causing us to have to pay out of pocket in the interim. And move all our stuff and us out of the house. The Contractor is billing us for all mitigation costs. So we need help.

In the meantime we are trying to find housing and support.

This fund’s purpose is to aid the Baxter family(Noah, Gyna, and Dan) in paying for interim housing, mitigation costs, relocation costs, and possibly litigation costs. Also any Contractor billing that won’t otherwise be covered by insurance claim.

Any donations will be applied to what insurance won’t cover for the claim.

We still have a lot of expenses incurred to this point which insurance won’t cover.
