Batuki is a collective of teaching artists, cultural ambassadors, and community workers. We've been holding open rehearsals across the Bay Area, offering free performances and community engagement grounded in activism, culture, and healing. Our mission is to ensure that our culture and artistic community continues to thrive.

Now, we're taking our journey to the next level!

This November, a group of our Bateria Batuki members will travel to Brazil for a unique opportunity to learn, collaborate, and exchange skills with talented local artists. Your contributions will not only support our journey to Brazil and help us produce our long-awaited album, but will also lay the foundation for future collaborations between the Bay Area and Brazil.
