Posting for my very close friend Chantel to help her save our sweet Batman.

As a self sustaining millennial it's hard for me to ask for help but I was encouraged by a friend to give it a shot. My name is Chantel and I'm Batman's mom. He's suffering with Hyoerthyroidism.

He is my fur baby of 16 years old but is struggling with hyperthyroidism which is depleting his muscle mass and fat. It's a cruel disease that slowly eats at him.

Hyperthyroidism in cats is a common endocrine disorder, primarily affecting older felines, caused by an overproduction of thyroid hormones from an enlarged thyroid gland. This excess hormone production accelerates the cat's metabolism, leading to a variety of symptoms such as weight loss despite an increased appetite, hyperactivity, and potential secondary complications like heart disease and high blood pressure.

The condition is usually caused by a benign tumor (adenoma)

There IS a CURE which comes in the form of injection however after all the recent vet visits and treatments and hunt for the cause we now need help to raise the amount needed to cure him.

The injection is in Miami Veterinary Specialists.

He is my joy and want him to not need to suffer anymore with pain and inflammation and all the other awful symptoms it comes with.

He will be so happy that this was even read or shared to those you know.

They are asking $2,200 total for an injection called I-131

Radioiodone Treatment, which I don't have after maxing out my cards and using all my funds to pay for his bloodwork and meds and colonoscopy. Please help in any way you can even if it's by sharing.
