While visiting family in Florida in August, Barb suffered a fall that has left her unable to walk and with limited mobility in her hands. While she is receiving loving care from family at home, working with doctors, and undergoing physical therapy, there is still a long road to recovery.

Many of the costs Barb and her family are facing are not covered by insurance and present a significant financial burden as they are now out-of-pocket expenses. This injury has been frightening and stressful enough without the added concern of how care will be paid for. As such, we're asking for the support of Barb's friends and loved ones as she recuperates.

Funds raised here will directly support the costs of Barb's recovery, from transportation costs to costly accessibility modifications for her home including a stair lift.
