Help with expenses fighting NK,T cell Leukemia, MS

Hello my name is Barbara Wrenn I have 2 types of leukemia and Multiple sclerosis, a mother of 3, I live in Chesterfield Va. I worked at Rite aid 17yrs, store manager until July of '23 I had a mini stroke another mini stroke in August of '23 I had speech therapy after the strokes. I was not feeling well it turned out i also had an internal bleedin ulcer they put 3 clips on it. Hemoglobin was going down they did blood work and found out I had T cell LGL I had been a weak/tired for a while. Now i was getting answers still pain in my abdomen though. Been downhill since then, getting weak just sweeping the floor. I'm definitely not myself anymore. The doctors said that the mini strokes were probably brought on by the leukemia and my blood status at the time. The diagnosis for the t-cell LGL was given 11/15/23 they did a bone marrow test the cancer is in my blood and bone marrow. 3/26/24 I went to UVA hospital to Dr Thomas loughran LGL specialist he did more blood work/tests found out that I also have NK LGL. By December I had undergone many scans of my abdomen due to pain/swelling. 7/2/24 I'm getting a MRCP on abdomen to check for malignancy in common bile duct. I have had 5 iron infusions weeks apart. Iron saturation still low. I'm a patient of Dr Batalo at Bon Secours St Francis Cancer institute. Not being able to work since July I have exhausted my savings. If there's anybody that can help ease this burden it would be greatly appreciated.
