Support Barberella Hair Lounge During Covid-19
Donation protected
Hi Everyone,
I am a long time customer of Barberella Hair Lounge in Bernal Heights. Unfortunately, salons have been significantly impacted by the effects of Covid-19 and I wanted to help Cid (Barberellas's founder and owner) keep her business going. It took a lot of convincing, but I talked her into to taking some help and so I am spreading the word to others.
So if you are a current or past customer of Cid's please join me in helping her keep her small business alive during these tough times.
See below for a note from Cid:
Sometimes life brings you lemons and when that happens you make lemonade or you ask for help. We tried every government program out there but sadly these programs are reserved for the rich or Ruth Chris.
How nice that Shake Shack returned the money. Still waiting....
Honestly humor is what is getting me through this mess.
I opened Barberella 12 years ago and it has been a wild ride. It's been full of good times and a lot of laughter. Well, the lights went out on March 16th in Georgia and its never been the same. We miss our clientele and the many stories you come in to share with us. We can't wait to turn the lights back on.
Asking for help has always been difficult for me. Ziggy my dog is starting to wonder if I was fired.
If your able to lend a hand, your generosity will be greatly appreciated.
All donations will go towards keeping the salon open and helping out my team at Barberella who has been seriously affected by this pandemic.
No obligation
My deepest gratitude.
-Cid
