Support Barbara Mitchell's Journey to Stability

Our good friend Barbara Mitchell is still enduring hardships from her previous injury. Barbara has always been the first to step forward and help others in the community with her "power of good". Let's help her get settled and back on her feet!

From Barbara:

I hate to ask for more help after everyone’s generosity when i fractured my knee, but I’m in a pickle. I went back to work (serving free espresso drinks to Amazonians in a 24-story building) but was forced to resign when I got sick. I couldn’t find another job and the bills piled up.

I feel like my life is unraveling. I’m being forced out of the apartment I love. My computer died. My internet got cut off because i couldn’t pay the bill. I’m going to have hospital bills because I was so depressed I drank myself sick. I’m moving back to California to be with my family. The only reason my phone is working is because my mom and brother helped me out.

I need help with moving costs. With fixing my computer. With getting out from under this crushing debt.

Also, my October rent didn’t go through for lack of funds, which i just found out. that’s $1,315 i don’t have.

Anything you can contribute would be so appreciated. My anxiety is through the roof

and I’m at my wits end.
