This Floor Held Years of Dance Practice and Dedication — Now It Needs to Be Replaced.

We are Ballet Papalotl a Mexican folkloric dance company founded in 2003, recognized as culture keepers by the Oregon Folklife Network for the quality, authenticity, and joy of our work. Each year, we perform for thousands of people — on major stages across the Pacific Northwest and in small community spaces — sharing authentic Mexican culture to help build a more harmonious, multicultural society.

For years, we’ve practiced on this studio floor to give our very best at every performance. Now the floor is worn out, uneven, and no longer safe. It needs to be fully replaced.

$1,400 covers the basic cost of materials, we are raising $2,750 to fully replace our dance floor so we can continue rehearsing, performing, and serving our community through culture and dance. We are also contributing labor and additional expenses ourselves.

If you believe in supporting cultural excellence and social impact, especially in these challenging social times, any contribution helps.

Thank you for being part of this ❤️¡Échale!
