Support Bailie's Fight Against Lupus

One of my best friends, Bailie, was diagnosed with lupus when she was 16 years old. Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease where the body's immune system mistakenly attacks its own healthy tissues and organs. Over the years, Bailie's health will fluctuate, and new issues will arise as she gets older. Since being diagnosed with lupus, she has also been diagnosed with a myriad of other chronic illnesses that go along with her lupus.

In more recent months, Bailie has developed some newer and more severe symptoms; these new symptoms have required multiple hospital stays since the beginning of 2025. Bailie has now been experiencing seizures and lung issues, that the doctors are doing ongoing testing for. Some of these tests are unfortunately not covered by insurance.

Bailie has also lost a lot of her mobility since all of this began. She has had to start using a walker that insurance was unable to cover and is now looking into investing in a wheelchair to help her be able to get out of the house more. She is also planning on getting a medical service dog to help with alerting for seizures and medicine reminders for her medicine she has to take five to six times per day.

Due to all of her medical issues, she has been out of work for the greater part of 2025. As a result, both medical bills and everyday bills have become overwhelming to pay.

Bailie is one of the most thoughtful and caring people I know! She consistenly goes out of her way to help others in need. If you're able to help in anyway, it would be greatly appreciated! She deserves it! :)
