I am reaching out on behalf of my brother, Joe Settle, and niece, Bailey.

Bailey lost her mom, Mandy, in a fatal car accident Monday evening. We recently discovered that Bailey’s new puppy, Oreo, was also in the car with Mandy. Oreo is in bad shape and needs a lot of medical treatment. My niece has already lost her mother. We want to save this dog for her, but the vet bills are very high, so we are asking for donations to help save Oreo for Bailey.
