Our family is heartbroken after the sudden and unexpected passing of my cousin. She was someone who welcomed everyone with love and warmth, and her greatest joy in life was her family—especially her daughter, Bailey, and her two young grandchildren, ages 4 and 6.

Because her passing was so unexpected, no funds were set aside for funeral or burial expenses. Her daughter Bailey, who is just 26, had to miss work to care for her mother in her final days and is now left to manage not only her grief, but also her mother’s funeral costs and household expenses. With the holidays approaching, the financial and emotional weight has become overwhelming.

Bailey is doing everything she can to keep up, but this is a tremendous burden for someone her age, especially while raising two small children. Our family is helping as much as possible, but we cannot do it alone. We are turning to those willing to lend a hand during this difficult time.
