Support Baby Violet's Journey

Hello everyone,

I’m doing this gofundme for my little family! I had our baby girl April 16th, 2025. I ended up having an emergency c-section due to baby not handling labor well and heart rate was dropping. She was born not breathing and had to do CPR on her for 10 minutes. So with this being said she has brain injury due to lack of oxygen at birth. She’s been staying at St Vincent NICU. While waiting to go to NICU she had seizures. So she has been very sick internally. She is thankfully improving each day. We live in Shawano WI and is getting difficult to go see her. And after talking to the neurologist Dr that she has difficulty with coordination, will have motor delays, tightness in legs. She will see neurologist as earliest as 3 months again and then in 6 months have a repeated MRI. She will be in birth to 3 program. She will have lots of extra appointments, follow ups and home visits. Long term is unknown. I am off for another 4 weeks and I don’t know if I’ll be able to get a job of part time or full time depending the care and such she will need. So it’s heavily weighing on me and her father. He’s been mine and baby Violets biggest supporter and main person that’s been here for us both. Also difficulty with our other children as well oldest goes back and forth and in sports she’s 10 and then our middle child (my first biological child) is 3.5 and will be out of Headstart end of May. So traveling expenses, food on the go, or beverages to stay hydrated, monthly bills, vehicle expenses and everything in between is getting extremely overwhelming and big burden on us, all while I have been pumping so our baby gets the best nutrition she needs. ANY and ALL help is greatly appreciated and will be so thankful and blessed to receive! It would help relieve some stress and worries while on this journey that was unexpected and we now are facing. It would help so we can focus more on our children and can do the proper care and what’s best for our newest baby.
